Please read the following rules and guidelines very carefully. By proceeding to post, you agree to these guidelines and must obey them at all times. Refusal to obey these guidelines will result in the appropriate responsive actions.

We have implemented the following guide for using our forums and other user-generated content on the website. This guide is designed to strike a balance between the main goal of our website, providing support, and keeping the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for the user community.

By submitting content to GP Australia, you agree to the following provisions, which may be amended from time to time.

  1. You agree that you are fully responsible for the content that you post or submit.
  2. You agree that all posts will be polite, constructive and on topic.
  3. You agree that you will not post or submit any content that:
    1. is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory or abusive;
    2. violates or infringes upon the proprietary, publicity, or privacy rights of any third party;
    3. violates or encourages the violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law, rule, or regulation; or
    4. is otherwise inappropriate.
  4. You agree not to post or submit any personal information of another person (including, without limitation, protected health information).
  5. You agree not to make personal attacks on other users or staff members.
  6. You understand and agree that General Practice Registrars Australia (GPRA) is not responsible for content posted or submitted for posting by third parties on the website.
  7. The editors of GP Australia, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to reject, edit, remove, or otherwise alter any content submitted or posted, for any reason. General Practice Registrars Australia (GPRA) reserves the right, in its sole discretion to revoke a user’s privilege to submit or post content.
  8. Once your submission is posted, you will not have the right to have it removed or edited.
  9. You agree to post or submit content to GP Australia only for non-commercial purposes.
  10. Submissions to GP Australia must be comprehensible and written in the English language.
  11. We reserve the right to ban any member who violates our guidelines or disrupts our community. We will be fair and provide warning in most cases.

If you do not agree to be bound by these conditions of use, or should you consider any future amendments made to these conditions of use to be unacceptable, you should not post to GP Australia.
