“GP Training – The Facts” is a series of videos designed to assist doctors considering a career in general practice, and in particular, entering the AGPT program. The videos have been designed particularly for doctors who missed attending a GP Information session and so are broken down into various topics for easy access. General Practice – Explore the Possibilities

GP Careers Evening, Melbourne, Wednesday, 3 April 2013

A Careers Evening on General Practice and the Australian General Practice Training (AGPT) program will be held on Wednesday, 3 April 2013, at Hilton on the Park, Melbourne, 6.45 pm to 9.30 pm. The program includes an overview of the AGPT program and presentations and discussion time with current GP Registrars. The four regional training providers of GP training in Victoria and the Rural Workforce Agency, Victoria, will be available for discussion and questions. Representatives from RACGP, ACRRM, MIPS, MDA National, VACCHO, Going Places Network and AMA will also be attending. If you are interested in a career in general practice or undecided about your career path, this evening will assist in your decision making. Please note that this event will not be repeated.
